I’ve been using Zaui for bookings, and it does handle most of what you need day to day. You can definitely get by with it, but some parts feel like they’re not quite finished yet. The reporting could be stronger, and the setup options aren’t as flexible as I expected. It’s not a bad system, it just feels like there’s still some room for improvement.

I had a really frustrating time trying to pay. The transaction kept failing, but then it looked like I might’ve been charged anyway, which was stressful and annoying. I reached out to support, but it took way too long to get any clarity, and there wasn’t any proper follow-up after that either. I felt like I had to keep chasing them for answers. i wouldn’t use Zaui again unless they sort this out.

"Not a lot of room to customize"
Zaui works fine for the basics, but... the customization options felt a bit limited to me. I really wanted to tweak some layouts and adjust a few booking details, and it just didn’t feel that flexible. It ended up being kind of frustrating for what we needed.

"Loads fast and does the job"
The widget loads quickly, which is the main thing I noticed right away. I didn’t have to sit there waiting or wondering if it was broken, so that’s nice. It works mostly fine overall, nothing too flashy, but it does what I need it to do.

It usually does what it’s supposed to, but the random downtime can be frustrating. My brother and I both noticed it cuts out at awkward times, so while it works overall, the uptime doesn’t feel super reliable

"Booking management could be smoother"
I used zaui.com to manage bookings, and it felt more clunky than I expected. Some updates didn’t show up right away, so I kept wondering if the change actually went through or if I needed to... I don’t know, refresh again or check somewhere else. Even basic things took me longer to find than they should have. It does work, but it doesn’t feel very smooth. Support was fine, but I still felt like I had to double check everything myself. I think it just needs to be simpler

"Setup was more confusing than I expected"
We tried using Zaui for our tours, and the onboarding felt a lot less smooth than I was hoping. There was quite a bit to set up, and some parts were confusing, especially when we were trying to get the products and pricing sorted out correctly.

Support did get back to us, but a few replies took longer than we expected, and we ended up asking the same question more than once. I can see how it might work fine once everything is up and running, but getting started was frustrating. Did anyone else run into the same kind of issues during setup?

We started using zaui sometime last year, and I’d say it’s made a noticeable difference for how we handle our tour bookings.

Before that, we were constantly chasing emails, sorting things out manually, and occasionally dealing with double bookings, which was a bit of a headache. Now, most of it kind of runs in the background, and it’s much easier to see where bookings and sales are coming from.

It’s probably helped us take on more bookings without needing to bring in extra office staff, which has been huge for us. There was a bit of a learning curve at the start, but overall, it’s felt worth it for the growth we’ve had.

"Wish it had been easier to figure out"
I wanted to like zaui.com, but I ended up feeling frustrated. The menus weren’t very clear to me, and I kept clicking around just trying to find simple things. A few pages felt clunky too, like they weren’t really made with a regular user in mind. Maybe it’s fine once you already know your way around, but I kind of regret spending so much time trying to make it work before finally giving up.

"Worked well on my phone"
I used zaui.com mostly on my phone, it worked better than I expected. I usually trust my gut quickly with mobile sites, and this one felt easy enough to use right away. Pages loaded at a decent speed, and I could find the booking info without constantly zooming in.

The only thing I noticed was that a few buttons felt a little small, so I had to tap twice here and there. It wasn’t a huge problem, just something that could be a bit smoother. Overall, it was a good mobile experience.

We use zaui for our tour bookings, and the calendar makes it easy to see what’s open around different dates. Changing availability is quick too, which means there’s about a lot less back and forth with the staff.

"Staff planning got way easier"
Zaui really helps us a lot with sorting out our guides and bookings. Before, it was kind of messy to know who was working and what we needed for each tour, but now we can see it much clearer. It took me a little while to figure everything out, but once we get used to it, it saved us a bunch of time.

The integrations work well overall, so no major complaints there. However, the setup process took longer than I expected and felt a little more involved than it needed to be. Once everything was up and running, it was fine, but getting there was kind of a hassle.

"Reporting is honestly kind of a headache"
Zaui is fine when it comes to handling bookings, like that part mostly does what I need it to do, but the reporting is where I start getting frustrated. The analytics feel limited, and filtering things isn’t as easy as I’d expect. I keep finding myself exporting data just to figure out basic numbers, which feels like extra work for something that should be quicker. It’s not unusable, but it definitely slows me down more than I’d like

"I got my booking done, but it wasn’t as clear as I’d like"
I made my reservation online and it did go through fine, so I was relieved about that. I got the confirmation email afterward, which helped me feel like everything was set. But for me, a few of the steps were a little confusing and I had to double-check what I was doing. I just wish the page was easier to follow so I didn’t have to think about it so much.
